Bought a roll-up inflatable and yamaha outboard here, called around, got some snobby responses from marina's that said they don't do that kind of thing. Tried Monahan's, explained this was my first venture into anything beyond a kayak, Eddy and Mike were super helpful on the phone. On pickup day, Mike was super friendly, answered all my kids' questions and even asked them a few, and helped me carry the boat to the car. Phil (I think) in the garage walked me through every little step of getting acquainted with the outboard, from hooking it up, starting it up, running it a few minutes in their indoor tank, all the way to clearing the gas line out and putting it on its side. And all the paperwork and warranty registrations were handled promptly without me even asking. Highly recommend this place. ~ M P

What a great shop all around! Nancy, Wally, Ron, Garett & many more! All so kind and treat you so well, from sales, service and or walking the isles loaded with great stuff! Awesome pricing, great turnaround on service. Great communication what more can you ask for! They all know their stuff like the back of their hand! Couldn’t be more happy, nothing bad to say at all! Honestly! They answer when you call and they take care of you when you show up! During these trying times they all maintained the Covid compliment PPE too! I recently purchased a Sport 390 RIB from Monahan’s Marine. I would like to thank Chris and Matt for making the whole process so easy and convenient. These guys are the best! I highly recommend Monahan’s Marine. I will be a repeat customer. I love the boat and the accessories added by Monahan’s. Quality bottom paint, great stereo and GPS and trailer. The 60 HP Yamaha outboard moves the boat very well. They went over the boat with me. They registered it and helped me register the trailer. I saw a Highfield 5.6 Sport at the Boston Boat show. Made contact w Matt and got the process of discussing, spec-ing, financing and ordering the Sport. Process was smooth, great communication along the whole way. Sophia arrived yesterday to launch it, orient us and take us on the Merrimack for training. She’s amazingly informed AND patient! Whole process was a pleasure, I can’t thank the Team for making it smooth. Thank you, again for delivering such a gorgeous piece of equipment, just as promised. Now just need to name her! Purchased our Tidewater 21cc Adventure from Monahan’s in April 2022. What an experience!! Wally was incredible getting us through the entire boat purchasing process. Answered every question we had with no hesitation. On pick-up Day, the service department gave us an entire walkthrough of the boat going through every detail. This gave us so much confidence especially being our first brand new boat. We will be using Monahan’s for future service. Oh, and check out the store!!! So many boat toys and fishing gear! ~ Brian R

The BEST-simply the best. Ron and his team in the service department are first class. They care about your boat and do everything they can to get you back on the water. Went to boat show this past February looking to purchase a boat .I met Wally from Monahans marine after a few go arounds I purchased a boat . Wally fully explained to me all available options ,.when it came time to sign my deal he fully made it clear to me the options I had picked including the hard top.. Man this place has everything! The knowledge alone from the staff is priceless! I consider myself a pretty much know it all but will ask questions and Peter explaining the differences between 2 mooring clips and why one is better than the other humbled me! I live in Seattle WA, and purchased a boat in Quincy. I was referred to Monahan's by the seller for a trailer. I called and spoke with Wally and found out later he was the sales manager. He sold me a New trailer for a great deal! He was easy to work with and went above and beyond! I would recommend anyone in the area to see these guys for anything marine! GREAT PEOPLE!! Monahan’s have been great, they handled the sale of out existing boat and the fit out of the new one, even customising the radar arch when I realised it was too high for the garage,arrived on time and on budget and helped out when we needed some last minute changes that we had missed, to make sure we got back on the water as soon as possible. Had to replace the tilt trim switch on my 1980’s Yamaha outboard 703 control They were very helpful getting me the correct switch. Also it was in stock. Prices are very good on everything no need to shop online. There is no need to they have everything there at a good price. They are having a big sale on clothing and fishing equipment I would suggest to go by there and get while the selection is good. ~ boston d

If you fish and don't come to Monahan's to see Russ you are missing out! From fresh water sunfish to giant tuna to lobstering, Russ has the know -how and expertise that you simply can't get anywhere else and he'll offer it up whether a first time fisherman or a long time customer. Anyone can sell you gear but Russ helps you understand why what you buy from him is what will get the job done. ~ Frank G

Is there a spot to post 10 stars, I've owned a lot of boats in my life, still own 2. every boat I've owned has either been serviced by Moahan's or I purchased parts from them. There is nobody more knowledgeable 0n parts and accessories than Peter. Great place to shop, if it aint on the shelf chances are they don't make it. ~ David S

Bought a boat trailer from Mike and he was great. Super easy process. A few weeks later I found that my boat wasn’t sitting quite right on the trailer. I called and Ron the service manager told me to bring it by to take a look. He had the boat fitted to the trailer that day. What a great experience! ~ Matt N

This is by far the best marine supply store in Massachusetts!!! Kind, considerate and very accommodating. As the Pastor of The Humanitarian Church and devout Christian, this is the only marine store I would ever patronize. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Just bought a 15hp yamaha outboard and they threw in a gas tank and hose for free and talked over pros and cons of a 15hp vs a 20hp. Good job guys. ~ David D
